job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrior work experience managing consulting IAM access management project teams for system integration firms 10+ years of experience in the access management domain 5+ years of experience as a technical architect in access management solutions like Okta, Ping, ForgeRock and Azure AD 4+ years of experience working with federation technologies such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect Deep understanding of various application integration patterns Experience with access management solution design covering both workforce and customer identity and access management Experience with solution design for API access management, micro-services security, and application proxies Experience with solution design implementing multi-factor / passwordless authentication solutions such as Duo, Okta, or RSA Familiarity with JavaScript and Java / .NET Excellent written communication and presentation skills required Strong and consistent interpersonal and leadership skills Must be able to communicate complex technical issues and concepts Must be able to work independently Ability to travel approximately 10-25% of the time (conferences, client meetings, meetings with regional sales teams, regional GPSEC and other events, etc) Can live anywhere in the continental United States CISSP or CCSP (preferred) Okta, Azure AD, or Ping (preferred) Remote workforce primarily (U.S. based only, some travel may be required for certain positions, working on-site may be required for Federal positions) Group Medical Insurance options : Zero Deductible PPO Plan (GuidePoint pays 90% of the premium for employees and 70% for family plans or High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (GuidePoint pays 100% of the employee premiums and 75% for family plans; GPS contributes in one lump sum) Group Dental Insurance : GuidePoint pays 100% of the premium for employees and 75% of family plans 12 corporate holidays and a Flexible Time Off (FTO) program Healthy mobile phone and home internet allowance Eligibility for retirement plan after 2 months at open enrollment Pet Benefit Option Director Full-time Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting
Overview
Practice Lead - Access Management / CIAM (Remote) at GuidePoint Security. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and resources for GuidePoint's customers in North America, focusing on employee single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, customer IAM, B2B federation, and other modern authentication approaches.
Responsibilities
- Managed delivery quality, staffing, and team progression
- Recruit, manage and develop consulting teams to deliver services and internal practice objectives
- Manage and expand key client executive relationships
- Provide leadership and technical oversight and best practices across all customer engagements
- Shape and approve key engagement decisions such as project scope, work breakdown, estimates, and delivery schedule
