Requirements
Proven experience in case management, preferably in emergency medicine or addiction counseling.
Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes and utilization management principles.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
