Restoration Lead Technician / Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Chief / Lead Water Restoration Technician to oversee water mitigation projects from initiation to completion. This pivotal role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians in water damage restoration projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate the installation and operation of restoration equipment, such as moisture meters and dehumidifiers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water damage and restoration processes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and report any deviations to management.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in water damage restoration.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.
  • Proficiency in using restoration equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Work Environment

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
