Position : Audit Manager
Compensation : $120k-$150k base | Discretionary bonuses | Profit sharing
Requirements : CPA required | 5-7+ years audit experience
Location : Long Beach, CA (Hybrid flexibility after initial period)

We're a well-established California firm with offices in Northern California and Long Beach, working with sophisticated clients across manufacturing, food & beverage, agriculture, construction, financial services, real estate, and 401(k) audits. Our Long Beach office offers the technical excellence and resources of a larger firm with the culture and work-life balance you won't find at Big 4.
This role is for an experienced audit professional who wants Big 4-caliber technical work without sacrificing work-life balance.
What You'll Do :
- Lead complex audit engagements across diverse industries and client types
- Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors
- Identify and develop business development opportunities
- Drive quality control and technical excellence across engagements
