Residential Lead HVAC Installer

  • Monthly performance bonuses : $500–$5,000
  • Total earnings : up to $130K / yr

    • What You'll Do

  • Install HVAC equipment : removal, installation, duct repair / replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal)
  • Perform soldering, venting, refrigerant recovery / charging, leak detection, and system testing
  • Work with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to ensure code compliance
  • Walk customers through system operation to ensure satisfaction

    • What We're Looking For

  • EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
  • HVAC installation experience required
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and climb ladders
