We’re looking for a detail-oriented Associate Producer / Project Coordinator to support a variety of experiential and environmental projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has experience managing logistics, timelines, and deliverables for agency-driven work.

Responsibilities Support producers and project managers in coordinating experiential / environmental activations.

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on target.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage workflows.

Provide logistical support for onsite activations when needed.

Qualifications Prior experience as an Associate Producer, Associate Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.

Background working with experiential or environmental agencies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility for minimal travel if required.
