• Two or more years of experience in Personal Injury
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Trial Preparation
• Able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to : bill of particulars, pleadings, discovery, general correspondence, and motions
• experience handling the calendar at a personal injury law firm.
• Dedicated and hard-working;
• Desire to learn;
• Able to multi-task;
• Able to efficiently prioritize work;
• Able to perform under pressure;
• Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn to case management systems.
