Position Summary : The Sr. Director, Routing & Fleet, is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the future Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy across the DSD network. This leader will oversee routing optimization, fleet operations, and field readiness, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance. The role will play a critical part in shaping how KDP delivers to customers—integrating routing, fleet, and field execution into one cohesive operating model.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the future route-to-market strategy, aligning routing, delivery, and fleet assets to business goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure routing effectiveness and customer service excellence.
• Drive decision-making clarity and alignment across DSD Operations by establishing clear ownership and accountability.
