Job Title : Civil Project Manager

Location : Savannah, GA

Company., a leading civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying firm, is seeking a Civil Project Manager / Senior Engineer for our Residential Land Development Group. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, growth-minded engineer ready to move beyond a production-heavy role and into leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage residential land development projects from design through permitting and approval.
  • Collaborate with engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors on master plans, plats, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with permitting agencies, utilities, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality, constructable designs while mentoring junior staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • BS in Civil Engineering; PE in GA (or eligible within 6 months); SC PE a plus.
  • 8+ years of residential site design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (roadways, grading, utilities).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and public speaking skills.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and team-oriented.
