Key Requirements
Service Background : Minimum of 3–6 months experience in a customer service or call center role. Prior remote work is advantageous.
Accuracy & Speed : Demonstrated ability to type at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy . A commitment to checking and correcting your own work is essential.
Independent Work Ethic : Proven ability to be a self-starter . You manage your schedule effectively, absorb new information quickly, and reliably achieve performance metrics.
Communication Mastery : Exceptional verbal and listening skills, maintaining a professional, friendly, and clear demeanor on every interaction.
Commitment : Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per month (opportunity for increased hours based on need and performance).
Confidentiality : Absolute dedication to protecting customer privacy. Successful candidates must pass a thorough background check.
Required Workstation Setup
The following are mandatory requirements for your home office :
Computer : Windows PC (Win 10 or 11) with a minimum of 2 GB RAM and a processor of 2 GHz+ (Intel or AMD).
Internet : A wired connection is required (no WiFi allowed). Minimum speeds : 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment : A quiet, professional workspace and a USB headset with a microphone.
