Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for AV solutions and quotes, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Yealink product offerings, and a broad range of video conferencing platforms.
• Assist the sales team with technical scoping, product selection, and solution design for customers and partners.
• Support customer meetings as a technical advisor alongside sales or business development teams.
• Act as a key technical liaison between vendor and partner communities.
• Develop and retain strong working relationship with vendor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor\'s technical team, Yealink.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and product management teams.
• Train and enable business partners and inside sales to sell technology.
• Stay up to date with product roadmaps, certification requirements, and interoperability updates.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve complex pre-sales or post-sales technical issues in collaboration with vendors or support teams.
• Support Product Team in all tasks.
• Proactively work with key customers to generate repeat business.
