Assistant Account Manager
The Assistant Account Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Account Manager in coordinating day-to-day maintenance and facility operations across the campus. This role ensures smooth workflow, communication, and execution of maintenance tasks, preventative programs, and compliance with facility standards.
Core Responsibilities :
- Assist in scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance activities and service requests using CMMS (Asset Essentials).
- Prepare and update reports, work orders, and documentation to support site inspections, repairs, and project timelines.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor communication for supplies, services, and construction projects.
- Coordinate internal team schedules, meetings, and communications; relay site updates to ABM leadership and client contacts.
- Maintain updated logs of safety inspections, facility conditions, and work order resolutions.
- Assist with bid preparation, cost estimate support, and review of vendor or contractor proposals.
- Help manage inventory of tools, supplies, and facility equipment.
- Provide administrative assistance with performance reviews, training coordination, and team communications.
- Help ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards across all facility-related work.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience in facility management, construction, or administrative support.Valid Driver's LicenseExperience : Minimum 2-3 years supporting facility operations, maintenance services, or administrative project coordination.
Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with CMMS software (Asset Essentials preferred)Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsBasic understanding of facility systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) is a plusPreferred Qualifications :
Bilingual Korean / Spanish a plusBasic understanding of facility safety protocols
