Job Description

Coverage Needed

  • January 5, 2026 - Ongoing
  • Monday through Friday; Mondays are required
  • Hours could be any mix of the following (8, 10, 12 hour shifts / week) : 7a-3p, 7a-7p, 7a-5p
  • Coverage Type : Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • No weekends

Clinical Details

  • Procedures : Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI including Bronchs and Endos. Cardiac is preferred.
  • Trauma Level : Adult III IV
  • EMR : Epic
  • Support Staff : MD Supervisor and CRNAs
  • Practice Setting : 6 ORs, 2 Endo, and 2 GI suites
  • Patient Age Group : Adults
  • Avg. Daily Census : Depends on type of cases

  • Board Certified
  • Active IN License
  • BLS
  • Charting Experience : Epic required
  • New grads are considered
