Traveling Federal Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all phases of federal construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracts, safety, and quality standards
  • Lead progress meetings with owners, design teams, and government representatives
  • Foster a positive team environment and mentor project staff

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience managing federal or government construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or similar federal contract requirements
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site nationwide and internationally as needed
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
