A respected firm is seeking talented Energy & Mineral Title Attorneys with 1–5 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to develop their careers in the oil and gas industry while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and interpret complex oil, gas, and mineral title opinions
  • Conduct title examinations and due diligence for energy transactions
  • Provide legal advice on mineral rights, leasing, conveyances, and related contracts
  • Collaborate with clients, landmen, and internal teams to support exploration and production activities
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing oil, gas, and mineral operations

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license (or eligibility) in at least one relevant state
  • 1–5 years of experience as an oil and gas attorney, with emphasis on mineral title work
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
