  • 10’s and 40 Hours / Week
  • Start Date : 01 / 01 / 2026

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of PT experience.
  • AZ PT License required.
  • BLS required.
  • Case types : total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsis.
  • ED & Med Surg areas will be covered.
  • Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication - At least one year of experience outside of clinicals.
  • Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat

    • 5x8's or 4x10's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days / month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)
