Production Coordinator- Design Studio

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to lead and coordinate our production team in setting up events in our Design Studio. The role involves managing equipment needs, logistical plans, and flow based on design proposals from Sales Managers. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Previous experience in events or floral arrangements is advantageous. Administrative responsibilities for office procedures within the Design Studio are also part of the role.

Responsibilities :

• Generate equipment pull lists and maintain inventory knowledge.
• Collaborate with Production Manager, Sales, and Operations Manager to ensure the use of appropriate equipment and elements.
• Identify and communicate potential challenges or equipment shortages to relevant team members for resolution.
• Delegate tasks to the production team and ensure they are completed according to company standards.
• Conduct daily briefings with the team to outline goals and service standards.
• Assist in physically setting up events and capturing event photos for documentation.
• Facilitate the return of rented items to vendors promptly and research missing items.
• Maintain studio organization and cleanliness and identify items for return to or pickup from the warehouse.
• Assist in setting up prototypes for events.
