GHR Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated ICU Registered Nurse to join our critical care team. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in high-pressure environments and are committed to delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-acuity nursing care to adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Continuously monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on complex treatment plans
  • Operate and manage advanced life-support and monitoring equipment
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license (state-specific)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
