  • Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout

  • Manage site operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • \n

  • Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA 30 compliance
  • \n

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met
  • \n

  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • \n \n

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
  • \n

  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • \n

  • Proven success managing projects of $20M+
  • \n

  • Experience with educational, healthcare, multifamily, and civic buildings
  • \n

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • \n \n
