Required qualifications include an active Texas RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least 1 year of experience in critical care. You should be skilled in cardiac monitoring, advanced life support techniques, and effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
