Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and tending welding machinery to produce high-quality metal components in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and tend welding machinery to join metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
• Monitor welding equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects; report damages or irregularities.
• Safely transport materials using a forklift, pallet jack, or other handling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and coordinate repairs when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
