Position Overview :

• Practice Setting : Immerse yourself in an engaging outpatient setting starting in Mid-February or early March.
• Coverage Needed : At least 15-18 days per month with flexibility; a rotation of weeknight and weekend calls.
• Work Arrangement : Open to a hybrid on-site / remote model, with a preference for on-site presence.
• Call Rotation : Experience a reasonable 1 in 4 call rotation, promoting a manageable and balanced schedule.
• Patient Demographics : Provide care to a diverse adult patient population, with a case mix of 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology.
• Practice Dynamics : Collaborate with 2 radiation oncologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Daily Caseload : Manage a reasonable caseload of 12-15 patients per day, ensuring personalized and comprehensive care.
