Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily interactions of Customer Support and Account Managers to ensure compliance with quality standards
Provide feedback to agents based on Quality Assurance evaluations and identify areas for improvement
Create reports on Quality Assurance metrics and collaborate with teams to implement best practices
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in customer service, in a quality assurance or specialist role
Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized QA reporting software
Proficiency in evaluating and improving customer service processes
Upper-Intermediate English level
