Responsibilities Include :

The Occupational Therapist duties include providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans, and supervising COTAs in the implementation of treatment plans.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or greater in occupational therapy from an accredited college

Unencumbered OT license in the state in which we operate

LTC / SNF experience preferred
