Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing Work Report Rate Table files, Member Rate Table files, Minimum Wage Class files for benefit level calculation based on updated agreements, scheduled raises and rate changes. Ensuring the data is loaded into the appropriate systems post review with senior analyst staff and management. Provide feedback to employers as required regarding rate updates. Responsible for preparing data files and their analysis based on pension valuation reports, employer demographic files, and payroll vendor files; ensuring the data is uploaded post review into the member records. Responsible for ensuring rate tracking files for all funds are maintained based on the receipt of updated documents; distribute tracking files as required. Responsible for initial review of historical contracts for relevant language to verify the accurate administration of pension and job security benefits. Responsible for preparing rate appeal templates for employer appeals based on updated employer payroll data. Responsible for preparing ATI files based on reported State distribution data. Responsible for maintaining the ESU rate files, flat rate folders and subfolders for efficient research and cataloguing. Responsible for monthly tracking reports / statistical data is updated and distributed as required. Work with the team to identify and resolve issues that hinder or delay processing resulting in possible service delays to customers. Participate in V3locity conversion testing script review, functional testing and Implementation. Work with internal & external departments to make necessary updates, addressing anomalies and making corrections. Perform other duties as required or assigned by department leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent years of experience required. Minimum of one (2) years' experience in Management (or equivalent) experience with Taft-Hartley Funds. Prior experience with eligibility, self-service systems, processing procedures and formatting. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; Knowledge of the V3 system, its contribution and rate modules, enrollment, eligibility; and Fund policies and procedures. Knowledge of the Employer Self Service Portal V2.0, its functionality and rate processing rules Knowledge of contract language and rate structure per fund. Must have good writing skills and able to articulate complex concepts in writing and verbally.
