Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills to support the implementation of a partially developed automation system using a UR3e robot. This role is critical to ensure safe and consistent production of hot fasteners parts being deformed in 50-ton press.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and testing of the existing hot Crimp UR3e Robot.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support during implementation.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth integration into production.
• Document processes and provide feedback for system optimization.
• Develop and train operators to interface with the system
• Establish escalation plan for long term engineering and maintenance support
