• Physician Shift Times : 7a-7p (Day & Admitter), 7p-7a
• NP / PA Shift Times : 7a-7p, 12p-12a (Admitter), 7p-7a
• Facility Volume : 160 ADE
• # of Beds : 590
• Facility Coverage : 5 Day Shift Physicians, 1 Day Shift Physician Admitter, 1 Night Shift Physician, 3 Day Shift NP / PA, 1 NP / PA Day Shift NP / PA Admitter, 1 Night Shift NP / PA.
• ICU : Not Open
• EMR : Meditech
• Requirements : Active MO License & DEA, MO Control Substance License, ACLS, Case Logs for past 2 years in HM.
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
