Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and / or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities.
The work model for the role is onsite.
This role reports to Maintenance Supervisor.
This role is contributing to the ELDS Maintenance department for the 1st shift operations in Mebane, NC.

You will be mainly accountable for :
- Assist general maintenance employees with other repairs
- Work with drawings, sketches and other written or verbal instructions, etc. keeping necessary records
- Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and / or facilities.
- Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
- Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
- Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
- Escalate health, safety, environmental, and security concerns promptly
- Follow all safety policies, guidelines and expectations when operating in day-to-day activities
- Drive high standards for safety and housekeeping and assure compliance with all environmental regulations
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
