Case Management Director Opportunity At Wellington Regional Medical Center

Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Case Management Director. This position offers full benefits and is located in Wellington, Florida. Wellington Regional Medical Center is a 235-bed acute care hospital owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. The Case Management Director will assume responsibility and accountability for the fiscal, operational, and personnel management of the Case Management Department, including RN Case Managers and licensed social workers. The role involves ensuring patient length of stay goals are met, coordinating safe discharge processes, developing post-discharge management plans, and collaborating with the Medical Staff on Case Management issues.

Qualifications include a current RN license in the State of Florida, Case Management certification, and a BS degree. An A. or M.S. is strongly preferred, along with five (5) years of Case Management Director experience in an Acute Care setting.
