Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality liaison for both external suppliers and internal manufacturing operations.
• Implement and maintain QMS systems for both launcher and projectile product lines.
• Lead supplier qualification audits and internal readiness for new product launches.
• Provide hands-on quality support and drive continuous improvement at the Fort Wayne manufacturing site.
• Travel to Taiwan-based suppliers to assess capabilities, perform audits, and manage issue resolution.
• Develop and manage supplier and internal KPIs to track quality performance.
• Lead CAPA reviews, QMS audits, and systemic quality improvement projects.
• Train internal teams and suppliers on quality tools : 8D, SCAR, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and sustain QMS processes for long-term reliability.
