UF Health Shands is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to step into a pivotal leadership role in our Oncology and Cellular Therapy program. Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support APPs within the Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU)
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead educational initiatives and continuing professional development
- Ensure compliance with FACT standardsand accreditation requirements
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on goals and priorities
- Drive quality improvement and process optimization across the program
- Participate in budget management, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Provide bedside care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings
