This position consists of assisting our customers with issues and directing their call. Training for this position is at our Kalamazoo operation over a two-week period where attendance is crucial.

We offer Customer Care Representatives :

• Starting pay of $17 per hour
• Schedule of either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
• $200 referral bonus when you refer a friend
