Senior Product Manager - Product Operations - Ads

As part of Sam's Club's Product team, you'll own and evolve our Media & Advertising Platform (MAP), streamlining ad operationsfrom billing and media planning to in-club advertising execution. You'll design best-in-class workflows that serve our internal teams and advertisers, ensuring efficient operations and shopper-focused ad experiences.

What you'll do...

• Own the product lifecycle : Lead requirement gathering, standards, development, QA, testing, KPI monitoring, and launch strategy.
• Drive operational workflows : Shape billing processes, media planning tools, in-club ad placements, and campaign administration features.
• Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate with Ads Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to align priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Be data-driven : Use metrics and user feedback to refine workflows, measure impact, and iterate.
• Conduct industry and competitive reviews : Keep pace with Retail Media, MarTech / AdTech trends to inform roadmap direction.
• Engage stakeholders : Clearly communicate roadmaps and product goals to stakeholders, securing buy-in from leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2 : 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products.
