Key functions of the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis functions

Building out the FP&A team

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline overall FPA functions.

M&A due diligence

Forecasting and budgeting with a 5 year plan

Reporting and analysis, explain variances, identify trends.

KPI tracking and analysis

Financial modeling - build and maintain to support key decision making for the executive group.

Strategic planning

Preferred qualifications of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

FP&A Manager will have a BS in Accounting or Finance

FP&A Manager will have 4+ years of related experience

Strong MS Excel skills required
