Fleet Driver - Ford Lincoln

The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Fleet Driver to play a crucial role in our fleet department managing inventory, moving / preparing vehicles, and coordinating deliveries. We require a detail-oriented team player who can handle logistics and can manage multiple other duties while collaborating with the Fleet team. In this role, assistant will spend a significant portion of their day driving, moving, and tracking vehicles, applicants should be willing to engage in an active workday.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Help keep track of keys, paperwork, manuals, tags, and other items per vehicle
• Effectively document information about outbound deliveries pertaining to each customer's needs
• Assist in driving vehicles to other Sewell locations
• Assist in submitting work orders for upfit
• Help keep track of ETAs of upfit and deliveries
• Assist with fueling, organizing, and staging vehicles
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep workstation neat and organized
• Able to work in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule : Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Option to work every Saturday depending on work load.
