We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC / R principles and the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. The technician will work in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and safety of HVAC systems.

• Responsibilities
• Install and maintain HVAC / R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and heating equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct repairs on various appliances related to HVAC systems as needed.
• Weld components when necessary to ensure proper installation or repair of HVAC systems.
• Provide property maintenance services related to HVAC installations or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field of HVAC / R.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems is preferred.
• Ability to weld components as required for installation or repair tasks.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately using tools such as ohmmeters.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
