    Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Assessment : Conduct evaluations of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive skills using both observations and standardized tools.
  • Custom Treatment Plans : Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals while enhancing their functional abilities. Educate clients and families on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for daily activities.
  • Documentation : Keep precise records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Advocacy : Act as a client advocate to support their needs and assist in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure : Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
  • Skills : Strong clinical assessment capabilities; proficient in implementing effective treatment plans; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to assist and lift patients as needed; must be capable of standing for extended periods and performing necessary physical tasks related to therapy.
