Position : RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 12-week contract in Athens, Texas — earn up to ($1677 - $1765 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and service delivery.
Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth.
Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Progressive Care Unit.
Valid Texas RN license and BLS / ACLS certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education.
Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Team player with ability to work independently and take accountability.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing healthcare environments.
Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and performance metrics.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
