WHAT IS THE JOB?
As a Supervisor, Store Operations in our shops, you are the store's central nervous system. You are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead, motivate, and manage operations associate(s) while maintaining our high customer service levels and operational excellence. Your role will include managing inventory through its accuracy and timely flow of all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards, growing sales through operational store support, and driving your team to meet company metrics. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Lea d and supervise operation s associates, ensuring they meet performance standards, are well-trained, and uphold our high customer service levels.
- Ensure store operations run smoothly , set clear daily / weekly priorities for operations team and individuals
- Assist store manager s to set operations team weekly schedules and PTO based on company needs
- Reviewing weekly metrics with operations associates and using critical thinking and creative solutions to meet metrics within your store
- Managing c ommunication with your HQ partners and store managers
- Managing the receipt of daily incoming and outgoing products from a systematic standpoint :
