Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant team management and leadership experience in high-performance environments

Strong knowledge of low-latency systems and modern architecture, including AWS and Kubernetes

Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Familiarity with market data protocols and experience in the brokerage or financial services industry preferred
