This is a remote position that requires the employee to be based in San Diego, CA.

Summary Of How You Will Impact Skylo

Skylo is seeking a Program Manager for managing our Satellite Service Partner Providers from a program management standpoint. This person will be the day to day primary interface with our satellite partners to understand deployment and testing timelines and ensure that necessary dates and deliverables are met on schedule, including the satellite partner vendor deliverables. This person will be responsible for providing internal and external visibility for all aspects of the program, including tools & dashboards and pro-active tracking of results. This is a highly cross functional role spanning sales, engineering, operations, marketing, legal and other groups within the organization. This role combines both strategic leadership and tactical execution, ensuring that day-to-day activities are carried out effectively. This role has executive level attention within the organization and will be responsible for ensuring our customer success.

How You Will Contribute

• Own the operational relationship with our Satellite Service Provider Partners.
• Own and manage the overall schedule ensuring site completeness, test readiness and other operational parameters required to launch the Skylo Services
• Create custom dashboards and reporting tools to provide complete transparency and visibility of the project to anyone at any time associated with the project
• Set clear operational milestones and success metrics, ensuring visibility internally and externally across the organization
• Act as an effective point of communication and escalation for partner issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as their advocate within Skylo
• Coordinate with internal Skylo resources to ensure there is a cohesive customer or partner implementation plan

The compensation range for this position is : $110,200 - $137,800. This range reflects the low and high end of the range Skylo reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
