About the Role
Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Parish in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a part-time Front Office Assistant. This role supports the daily operations of a vibrant and active parish, providing a welcoming presence to all who enter.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parishioners, ministry leaders, and visitors in person, by phone, and via email
- Process Mass intention requests and stipends
- Manage bookstore sales transactions
- Receive and process emergency calls for priests
- Collect and manage room reservation and event requests
- Monitor, stock, and maintain the coffee bar and supply areas
- Keep the front desk and coffee area clean and organized
- Post event signage and assist with adoration chapel coordination
