Problem-solving ability with respect to all equipment types required to perform duties listed above. Completes assigned work in a timely and accurate manner. Works well with co-workers and supervisors. Consistently reports to work on time. Adheres to Company expectations regarding conduct and appearance as specified in the Employee Handbook. Quality Demonstrate competent operations of equipment. Must have flexible availability on nights, weekends, and Holidays. Clean and maintain assigned equipment. Perform preventative maintenance of assigned equipment. Assist in the basic upkeep and cleaning of company and contracted locations. Safety Needs to be prepared to work in all types of weather conditions and be in good physical health. Complete and maintain all assigned safety trainings. Snow Removal Operator
Pay : $20.00 per hour PLUS plowing differential $15 more per hour
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a part-time, seasonal Snow Removal Operator you will be responsible for plowing, shoveling and salting lots for eight Linn Companies maintained properties located in or near Woodbury, Minnesota from 10pm-6am when snowfalls of 2 inches or greater occurs.
