About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Shift : Day and Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Valid State License required

Certifications : BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT

Must-Have :

• Must be open to all shift times, cannot accommodate specific shift requests.
• Self-schedule based on seniority.
• Locals accepted at the same rate.
• First-timers accepted.
• No call requirement.
• No floating between units required.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Description :

The CT department is a very busy unit.

The majority of patients are from the emergency department, with some outpatient cases.

This facility serves as a high-volume primary stroke receiving center.

Transport support is available for the department.

Technologists are encouraged to assist when necessary.

The department is equipped with 1 Toshiba Aquilion 64 slice scanner and 1 GE Lightspeed 64 slice scanner.

The staff works collaboratively to provide quality patient care across a range of age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

All travelers are expected to float between facilities in the state.

Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.

Travelers may be required to commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.

A background check and supervisory references will be part of the compliance process.

Communication devices will be provided by the client if required for the assignment.

Modules will need to be completed prior to and annually during employment.
