Provides the highest quality age-appropriate care for patients newborn to 20 years of age within the scope of practice and established standards for clinical practice. Functions effectively as a member of the rehabilitation team. Supports the mission of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Provides clinical supervision and assumes operational duties of department as assigned. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Experience :
- 2 years of clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications :
2 years of experience in supervisory leadership2 years of experience in pediatrics with a wide range of populationsEducation :
Graduate from accredited school with degree in Communication Disorders, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical TherapyCertification Summary :
Certified / licensed in rehabilitation-related professional areaBasic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge of pediatric theory and practiceDemonstrated knowledge and ability in administrative functionsExcellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication of informationPositive interpersonal skills and ability to function in an interdisciplinary environmentMust be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher within 30 days of employmentJob Responsibilities :
