Pay Rate : $31.03 - $37.93 per hour

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer for one of our top clients in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering clean, impactful, and visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain brand templates and design systems in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Design high-quality print and digital assets, including marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and web visuals.

Bring creative concepts to life through strong visual storytelling and design thinking.

Manage multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

Follow established design standards while contributing fresh, innovative ideas.

Collaborate effectively with marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams.

Work independently with minimal supervision while producing professional, polished work.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience : 4 7 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or in-house creative environment.

Technical Skills :

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong working knowledge of Canva.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Design Expertise : Proven ability to produce professional-quality designs for both print and digital media.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative problem-solver.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field.

Previous experience supporting corporate communications, marketing, or brand management initiatives.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX / UI design is a plus.
