Experience with large-scale commercial and / or multifamily projects is required. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems. Proficiency in estimating software (such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Location : Las Vegas, NV
Salary : $100,000 $150,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids and budgets simultaneously. You will play a key role in preconstruction, budgeting, and proposal development to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for all phases of construction, from conceptual through final bid.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop competitive proposals and budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering options.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing, subcontractors, and historical project data.
