A well-established and collegial orthopedic practice is actively recruiting a Total Joint Surgeon to meet growing demand for hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty services. This opportunity is open to both newly trained fellows and experienced surgeons looking to join a supportive team dedicated to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Position Highlights :
- Surgical Focus : Perform primary and revision joint replacements using advanced techniques
- Full Spectrum Care : Engage in preoperative evaluations, surgical planning, and hands-on postoperative management, including rehabilitation oversight.
- Conservative Management : Provide non-operative care when appropriate, including injections, therapy coordination, and pain management
- Multidisciplinary Teamwork : Collaborate with anesthesiologists, APPs, physical therapists, and nursing teams to ensure streamlined, high-quality patient care.
- Shared Call Rotation : Participate in a reasonable hospital call schedule
Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of orthopedic residencyBoard-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship training in Total Joint Arthroplasty or Adult Reconstruction preferredExperience with robotic-assisted surgery or minimally invasive joint techniquesSchedule & Practice Setting :
Blend of clinic and OR time : typically 3-5 days of clinic and 2-3 OR days weeklySurgical cases performed at community hospitals and ambulatory surgery centersStructured mentorship for early-career surgeons; autonomy for experienced providersFor Fellows & New Grads : Supportive onboarding with mentorship in surgical skills and case navigation
For Established Surgeons : Opportunities to assume leadership roles or pursue equity in practice or ASC ownership
