A company is looking for a Senior UX Conversion Specialist who is passionate about analyzing user behavior and optimizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points in account creation, sign-up, and product purchase flows
Design and run A / B tests and experiments to optimize sign-up and purchase funnels
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate data insights into actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX analysis, product analytics, or a related role focused on conversion optimization
Deep understanding of user behavior related to cart abandonment and sign-up hesitations
Proven track record of using data to improve conversion rates, with measurable impact shown in a portfolio
Proficiency in analytics tools and A / B testing platforms
Low ego, high curiosity, and willingness to test bold ideas for results
