We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized  Administrative Data Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is  crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our data management  processes. As an Administrative Data Assistant, you will be responsible  for maintaining and improving our data entry systems, providing  administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy of our records. You  will work closely with various departments to facilitate the flow of  information, troubleshoot data issues, and assist in the development of  efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a  strong understanding of data handling techniques, be proficient in  various data management software, and possess excellent communication  skills. You must be capable of working independently while also  collaborating with team members to achieve common goals. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and data validation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
